How can I approve my patients' test order?

  1. Click on the Patients link in the left navigation.  This will display a list of patients that are setup for your organization. The top section of this page displays the open tasks and number of pending approvals
  2. Click on the Pending Approval button to filter for patients with open order which requires a test approval to generate a requisition from.  This will disable all the patient whom required order approvals by a physician
  3. The order column in the list displays the test orders that requires approval with a red dot next to the test name 
  4. Click on the test name (with a dot) to display the order history of the patient and the response to the health questionnaire for that specific test 
  5. Expand the Questionnaire section and review the patient's answers to determine if the test is appropriate for the patient or not 

Approving an Order: Click on the Approve button if the patient is eligible for the test.  This will generate a requisition form for the laboratory and notify the patient 

Reject an Order: Click on the Reject button if the patient is not eligible for the test.  This will cancel the order and notify the patient
