Need to resend a kit or update a kit ID? Follow these quick step-by-step instructions below!
- To start, click on the Patients link in the left navigation to display a list of patients that are setup for your organization.
- Next, search for the patient by typing their name in the search field.
- Click on the Order History button and a list of orders will display .
- Select the order and click on the blue arrow to expand and display the order information.
- In the Info section of the order click, on the icon next to Kit ID to:
- Update the Kit identification number (sample barcode)
- Resend a new kit to the patient in the case where the kit has been damaged
