I need to update a kit ID, how can I send out a new kit?

Need to resend a kit or update a kit ID? Follow these quick step-by-step instructions below!

  1. To start, click on the Patients link in the left navigation to display a list of patients that are setup for your organization.
  2. Next, search for the patient by typing their name in the search field.
  3. Click on the Order History button and a list of orders will display .
  4. Select the order and click on the blue arrow to expand and display the order information.
  5. In the Info section of the order click, on the icon next to Kit ID to:
    • Update the Kit identification number (sample barcode) 
    • Resend a new kit to the patient in the case where the kit has been damaged
