I did not complete my pre-screening, how can I see my testing status?

No pre-screen? No worries! Check out these quick steps.

1. Click on the Sign In button and login using your email address and password.
2. Click on the order in question to expand and show it's status.
3. Complete the pre-screening questionnaire.
4. Click on the Activate Kit button to register the test kit.
