Adding your staff in bulk is great way to build your account quickly and efficiently.
1. To start, click on the Staff link in the left navigation. This will display a list of patients that are setup for your organization
2. Next, on the top right side of the list click on the +New Staff button to add new staff. You can choose to create a single staff member or upload a CSV file with a list of your staff. If you'd like to add one staff member at a time, use the Add New Staff article to help out
4. To upload and create staff in bulk, click on the +Bulk Upload Staff filed in the new staff dropdown. The new staff bulk upload prompt will be displayed
5. Start with downloading the CSV template. This will display in the pop-up box in the platform.
6. Fill in your staff information according to the structure that is provided in the CSV template.
Important! Make sure that:
- There are no duplicate emails
- Phone numbers are enter according to the example starting with a plus sign “+1555555555”
- The correct role is assigned to each staff member. All available roles will be displayed in the CSV template
7. Save the updated CSV file
8. Drag and drop the file in the designated area of the upload prompt and click the Preview button. A list of all the staff in your file will be displayed. Don't worry, the system will notify you in case of any entry errors! If you get an error, just update the errors and try to upload the file again
9. Click on Create button to create a new staff list. Once you do that:
- You will see all the newly created staff on top of the staff list
- All staff will receive a welcome email with instructions on how to set up their account
10. Lastly, click on the newly created staff to see a detailed view of their profile. From this screen you will be able to:
- Edit staff information
- Reset their password
- Enable or Disable their account
- Resend activation email
