Printer Issues

Error: Labpass Can't Find Label Printer

Steps to fix issue:

• 1. Install latest Dymo LabelWriter drivers; currently available at https://www.dymo.com/support?cfid=user-guide
  2. If latest drivers do not work, uninstall and install https://download.dymo.com/dymo/Software/Win/DCDSetup1.3.2.exe (1.3.2)
  3. If drivers do not resolve issue, try steps below in Chrome browser:
     • Type chrome://flags
     • Search TLS
     • Disable TLS 1.3
